We have a full cocktail program including fun craft cocktails, spirit forward drinks, and all of the standards. We utilize specially made cocktail kegs to increase speed of service and consistency for some of our more popular drinks like our Nitro Espresso Martini and Tiki drinks.

We get it, not everyone is a big drinker for any number of reasons, but you should still be included. We want FIZZWERKS to be your Third Space. By layering ingredients like fresh fruit, botanicals, teas, and even mushrooms, we've crafted no/low alcoholic beverages with all the flavor you would expect in your favorite cocktail.

We are keeping it light and vegetable driven with a menu that uses seasonal and local ingredients. Expect dips, toasts, bowls, and sandwiches. But don't worry, there will always be fries and chickie tendies available too.

Who are we?
Andy, the beverage-loving mixologist and crafter, has been honing his brewing skills since he entered the culinary world over 20 years ago. Ragen, the operational perfectionist, has spent her years making her places of work, from coffee shops to classrooms, run like well-oiled machines. For the past 20 years, the pair has spent their days enhancing their palates' and crafting their vision.
